Tool 01 · Rounds

ROUND
TIMER.

Work, rest, repeat. Set your rounds or start from a preset, then let the bell keep you honest.

  • Beeps + wake lock

How to use it

SET IT.
THEN WORK.

Sound starts after you press start, because browsers block audio until you interact with the page. The screen wake lock is requested where the browser supports it, so the display does not sleep mid-round. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

01

Pick a preset or set your own

Choose one of the four starting points, then change the rounds, work time or rest time.

02

Press start

The timer switches between work and rest automatically and beeps at every change.

03

Pause, skip or reset

Pause keeps your place. Skip jumps to the next phase. Reset returns to the start of round one.

Your last settings are saved in this browser. Estimates only — adjust the round to your own training and ask a coach before pushing a new distance.

ReadyRound 1 / 3

03:00

Timer ready

Estimates only — adjust the round to your own training. Sound plays after you press start. The screen wake lock is used where the browser allows it.

The presets

FOUR WAYS
TO START.

These are starting points, not rules. Change the numbers to match the session you are actually doing.

3 × 3:00

Boxing

Three-minute rounds with one minute of rest. The classic championship distance for a reason: long enough to pace, short enough to stay sharp.

5 × 3:00

Muay Thai

Five three-minute rounds. More rounds than the boxing preset, with the same one-minute rest.

5 × 5:00

Fight camp

Longer rounds for harder work. Five five-minute rounds with one minute of rest, closer to the length of a five-minute MMA round.

10 × 1:00

Conditioning

Ten one-minute rounds with thirty seconds of rest. Short, repeated efforts for bag work, skipping or bodyweight circuits.

Timer questions

BEFORE THE BELL.

Why is there no sound until I press start?

Browsers only allow audio after a user interaction. The timer creates its audio context when you press start, then beeps at every phase change.

Will the screen stay awake?

The timer requests a screen wake lock when you start, where the browser supports the API. If your browser does not, keep the tab visible or change your screen settings.

Does it save my settings?

Yes. Rounds, work and rest are saved in your browser's local storage on this device. Clearing site data removes them.

Can I use it for a class?

Yes. Put the device somewhere visible, set the round and let it run. For a coached session, the coach sets the round.
