Yoga
Mobility, balance and breathing work to keep a combat athlete moving well.

The discipline
RECOVER.
THEN REPEAT.
Yoga is the recovery side of fight training. It works on the positions combat sports punish most: tight hips, stiff shoulders, an exhausted lower back and a nervous system that will not switch off.
The class is a complement to the mat, not a replacement for it. Expect controlled movement, longer holds and breathing work that helps you reset between hard sessions.
Who it is for
- Fighters and grapplers with tight hips and shoulders.
- Adults who want mobility work alongside hard training.
- Anyone who sits at a desk all day.
- Students who need a lower-intensity recovery session.

Mobility
Hip, shoulder and spine work that targets the positions combat sports load hardest.
Flow and hold
Controlled sequences and longer holds, scaled to your range.
