Kids Boxing
Boxing basics, footwork and fitness for young students, taught with control.

HANDS UP.
FEET MOVING.
Kids boxing introduces the sweet science at a young age: stance, guard, footwork and the six punches. It is simple to start and deep enough to keep a child interested for years.
The class emphasises control and respect. Young students learn to throw with technique, keep their hands up and work with a partner without losing their temper.
