The discipline

BUILT FOR THE ROUNDS.

Strength and conditioning is the engine behind every discipline in the gym. It builds the force, endurance and resilience that let you throw more rounds, recover faster and stay in the sport longer.

The work is not random circuit training. It is there to support combat athletes: strength on the basics, power that transfers to striking and grappling, and conditioning that holds up under fatigue.

Who it is for

  • Fighters who need to get stronger and fitter.
  • Students who want to support their skill training.
  • Adults who want structured strength work.
  • Anyone rebuilding after time away from training.

Strength & Conditioning · FAQ

BEFORE YOU COME IN.

Do I need lifting experience?

Tell the coach what you have done before. Technique is coached first, and the work can be scaled to your level.

Will this help my martial arts?

Yes. Strength and conditioning supports the force, endurance and resilience you need for striking and grappling.

How often should I lift?

It depends on how much skill training you do and how well you recover. Ask a coach to help you plan the week.
