Kids Muay Thai & Kickboxing
Striking fundamentals, coordination and confidence for young students.

The discipline
FIRST ROUNDS.
Kids Muay Thai and kickboxing teach young students how to move, how to listen and how to throw a strike with control. The focus is coordination, balance and respect before power.
Classes are built for children who are new to martial arts. Coaches keep the work structured and playful, with clear rules and plenty of movement. Parents are welcome to ask about ages and the right starting class.
